User Registration
Should a user not be a natural person or human and reside in a jurisdiction outside of the US, they are prohibited from registering on the Platform and utilizing the Services during such times.
By accessing and utilizing the Services, the Platform, or any of its components, you affirm that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions lists, including the UN Security Council Sanctions list, or designated as a ‘Specially Designated National’ by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department). You also confirm that you are not located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, or Syria. If you are restricted from trading on the Platform by applicable law, kindly cease using the Service or the Platform promptly.
Should any violation of the above clauses come to Smart Bitcoin Investor’s attention, in addition to our rights and remedies under these Terms and applicable laws, we reserve the right to immediately limit or terminate your access and use of the Platform and Services. Users are solely responsible for complying with these obligations and relevant laws.
You acknowledge and agree to maintain only one User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account and that the information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete. Furthermore, you agree to keep your provided information current and accurate.
To create a User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account, you must provide certain data, information, or details as requested by Smart Bitcoin Investor (including identity, address, financial information, crypto wallet details, financial position, or transactions). This information may be required during registration, post-registration, or before, during, and after using the Platform. You warrant that the provided data is accurate, authentic, and complete and commit to maintaining its accuracy.
You can delete your User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account at any time by following the Platform’s instructions. However, we may retain your data for compliance with laws and cooperation with law enforcement. For more details, review our Privacy Policy and FAQ.
You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account, password, and activities associated with it. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse. We may, at our discretion, attempt to reset your User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account.
Any actions, transactions, instructions, or operations from your User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account are considered authorized by you. Records maintained by Smart Bitcoin Investor or its third parties regarding these communications or transactions are binding and conclusive evidence.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receiving all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (‘Communications’) electronically in connection with your Platform or Services usage. Communications may include posting on the Platform, in-app notifications, emails, instant messenger chat, SMS, or text messages. Standard mobile messaging rates may apply.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and updating it as needed. If an electronic Communication is sent but not received due to incorrect information or other reasons, it’s still considered provided and binding.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
The Smart Bitcoin Investor strictly prohibits illegal activities on its Services. Such activities may lead to restrictions on Platform access, User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account, and balances, as well as reporting to relevant authorities.
In connection with the use of Services and/or Platform, you agree not to:
- Violate these Terms, Privacy Policy, Trading Policy, AML Policy, or any applicable laws.
- Attempt fraud against the Platform or any user.
- Provide false information, including KYC details.
- Trade using funds from unauthorized accounts.
- Engage in illegal activities including money laundering, gambling, etc.
- Exploit technical glitches or engage in market manipulation.
- Interfere with system, data, or information.
- Participate in any transaction involving illegal proceeds.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems.
- Use the Services for third parties or for any harmful activity.
- Use the Services for benami transactions.
- Partake in conduct detrimental to the Platform or others.
- Collect user information from other users.
- Engage in unfair trade practices or market manipulation.
- Violate public morals or any third-party/public interest.
- Use multiple devices to access User’s Smart Bitcoin Investor Account simultaneously.
- Duplicate, distribute, or exploit the Services or content.
Smart Bitcoin Investor may investigate and take action against prohibited activities, including termination, reporting to authorities, and confiscating balances.
The list of prohibited activities is not exhaustive. Please refrain from any suspicious or malicious actions on the Platform.
